| At Dolphin Stairlifts North East we are keenly aware of our responsibilities towards our customers and the environment and pride ourselves on our recycling policy. With this in mind, all stairlifts we remove are either re-sited at another property, or broken down to create a stock of spare parts. We are happy to remove most makes of stairlift – curved or straight. This is a service for which we do not charge, so long as the lift request removal is one that is within our existing product range, or a type of lift that we service or repair. Usually, we are able to buy back a stairlift, again the decision depends upon make and model, as well as the age of the lift to be considered.
